We headed to the Annual Chili Cook-Off in Belton, South Carolina, armed with plastic spoons and a single coin to cast our vote. With eager taste buds, we sampled every competitor’s chili, savoring the flavors one by one—and made a pit stop at the Tap House for a refreshing brew to cleanse the palate along the way.
