The Mesa Book Festival was held at Benedictine University in Mesa, AZ.  Carol was in Texas visiting family this week, so Sammy took the day off to help "daddy" out - She was awesome! She was a work horse helping with the set-up and tear-down, and even prepared meals and snacks for the long day. She was an integral part of the whole "circus show" - a Ring Master! She utilized her outgoing personality, creative skills, and all around cuteness to bring in the masses. It was very impressive and entertaining to watch her in action! She even found the time to do face paintings for some of the children! My only job was to sit in the shadows and wait to sign books lol
